Township Engineering, Inc., has provided professional Stationary Engineering Services, Facility Services, Energy Conservation audits, Energy Conservation plans, Roving Maintenance staff services, Lighting retro-fit, procurement and related maintenance support services, both Union and Non-Union facilities, since 1985. Township Engineering currently provides professional engineering services to Commercial Office Buildings, Hospitals, Medical-Dental Buildings, Shopping Centers, Retail Stores, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Bio-Technology and Industrial properties.


We provide highly qualified Engineers, at all levels, with a broad range of skills, Minimum professional requirements, 4 years of prior experience, for Township’s Stationary Engineers are:

  • Possession of a universal CFC (Chloro-Fluoro-Carbon) Certificate mandated by the EPA for servicing refrigeration and
  • air conditioning equipment
  • Must successfully pass a 10 year Life Scan, Background check
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Ability to test, monitor and repair HVAC equipment, 4 years’ experience required
  • Ability to perform welding, brazing, soldering and other general machine shop work
  • Fabricate, using materials such as sheet metal, angle and flat iron, screen, etc
  • Work with blueprints, electrical schematics and sketches
  • Perform difficult mechanical, electrical and utility repair work
  • Direct the work of others
  • Respond independently to emergency situations
  • Use basic and technical computer software
